orders, we will process your order when we receive the money order. We no
longer accept personal checks.
Returns & Exchanges
If a video is defective or the wrong item was shipped, it will be replaced
with the same or corrected title. When returning merchandise, we recommend
that you email us at

customer service representatives can be on the lookout for your shipment.
